Level 1 Maintenance Home Inspection

Maintenance around the home is the most neglected and ignored chore most home owners struggle with until it’s too late. Most of our clients have used our reports as a to-do list prioritizing their repairs.

The level 1 is a general home maintenance check-up of your homes main systems and components. It is also the base line for our Indoor air quality screening that will take a snap shot of the current tVOC’s, eCO2 and the chance of mold developing in your home at the time of the inspection.

Radon awareness is our priority, all maintenance inspections include this service.

Level 2 Maintenance Home Inspection

The level 2 home maintenance inspection incorporates the home’s mechanical ventilation system with thermal imaging which can help identify air infiltration and exfiltration through the homes envelope.

This inspection may take up to 1.5 days on site. Scheduling to be determined

Level 3 Maintenance Home Inspection

The level 3 home maintenance inspection takes to the skies above your home providing imagery of the property and roofing system.

Flight restrictions dictated by NAV Canada may apply on the day of inspection. Weather patterns such as wind and precipitation will also be a factor grounding our drones.

Systems inspected include the Roof, Exterior, Structure, Interior, Heating & Ventilation, Electrical, Plumbing and Insulation.

This inspection may take up to 2 days on site. Scheduling to be determined
